Kurt Geiger Sales Consultant – 7.5 hours

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Kurt Geiger concession for 7.5 hours per week, this is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the Europe’s leading luxury shoe and accessory brands.

Your working pattern will be every Saturday from 9am to 5.30pm, and there may be the opportunity for additional hours at peak periods.

Kurt Geiger first opened in Britain’s fashion capital on Bond Street, London in 1963. Since the Sixties Kurt Geiger has not stood still as it continuously evolves to make covetable footwear and accessories with a unique market position, pairing aspiration with accessibility.

As a Sales Consultant you will be representing Kurt Geiger brand ensuring the customer service is of the highest standards at all times. You will be maximising sales and supporting your Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals while adhering to all company standards, policies and procedures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent customer service and to surpass customer’s expectations at every opportunity
• To identify customer’s needs and answer product related questions. Be able to respond to queries on product’s price, features and benefits
• To take every opportunity to promote the store’s loyalty programme with our customers
• To be able to resolve customer’s complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the management
• To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve sales targets and operational goals
• To optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customer’s attention to the products in order to provide second to none customer service and maximise selling opportunities
• To handle all stock effectively and ensure back of house standards are maintained
• To attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required by your manager
• To ensure that good communication with your colleagues is maintained
• To enhance and maintain brand standards on visual display and merchandising, cleanliness and general housekeeping standards
• To be a role model for the brand by maintaining high personal presentation standards
• This role will support multiple departments, with a focus on Kurt Geiger sales.
