MEET THE TEAM
Marta
I have been working with lingerie for over 25 years and I am a fitting expert. I have trained many women and have created wonderful bonds with many customers over the years. In our department there isn’t a specific brand I would say is the best, this is simply because every brand we have is made to cater for different shapes and sizes. Lingerie is about empowering women and this is done by giving them more choice. I am also the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brand ambassador, these brands are both very trendy and popular brands due to their variety in colours and styles.

I am a trainee fitter, bra fitting has been a fun learning experience. Working in the department has made me realise that each brand has a different target audience. Take Calvin Klein for example it’s great for those looking for a bit of solid colour, whereas Fantasie is for the customers looking for something with a bit of a pattern as well as colour. These are only two of the many brands we stock in store and I can confidently say that these are well loved by many customers.

I am a fitting expert with over 5 years of experience. It has been a wonderful journey and I’ve learnt so much since working here at Voisins. Our fitting service ensures that customers leave happy and feeling confident with themselves, especially since wearing a well-fitting bra can enhance your natural shape and completely boost your confidence. I am the brand ambassador for the Wacoal group whose brands cater for different needs and preferences.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Rosa in the Lingerie Department. Her knowledge and expertise is second-to-none and her attention to detail whilst fitting me with new lingerie was excellent. I spent approximately 1.5 hours in the changing room whilst she popped in and out with various items. Rosa explained that she takes great pleasure in helping women to celebrate their bodies, no matter what size or shape they are and she certainly achieved her aims that day. I have been experiencing a particularly difficult time lately both personally and health wise - not only did Rosa empathise but she left me feeling truly pampered and taken care of. ' Exceptional customer service in lingerie '
I went in for a first bra fitting with my daughter, who was nervous about the whole situation. We looked around at designs and were immediately advised that someone would be free to assist us shortly. I explained what we’d come for a a few moments later Rosa appeared. She put my daughter at ease and brought in suitable bras for here to try. She made me welcome too. Eventually we bought a bra for me, 2 for her and a sports bra, which was not the plan but why go anywhere else when the customer service was so comprehensive, friendly and respectful? My daughter came away, not only happy, but saying she would always shop there. Thank you Rosa -I don’t think the anxiety of a first bra fitting is always understood, but you were exceptional today.
