All treatments booked online are subject to a maximum £1.50 booking fee through Phorest.

We operate a 48h cancellation policy; please let us know if you need to cancel or move your appointment with at least 48hrs notice, otherwise, you will be charged the full amount of your treatment.

Charlotte Tilbury treatment fees are fully redeemable on products purchased during/straight after the appointment. Cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.

Dermalogica treatments are payable, non-redeemable.
