Claudia
Sträter’s autumn-winter collection
reflects every facet of the Claudia Sträter
woman: modern, self-confident, active, elegant
and classic, with her own unique personality.
Looking at international trends and tendencies,
Claudia Sträter uses the aspects that create
the optimum fashion look for her customers. The
result is a familiar yet at the same time surprising
collection with supple fabrics, quietly subdued
colours, a slim cut and exciting accentuating
shades. |
The
look that Claudia Sträter is presenting in
this new autumn-winter collection draws inspiration
from three themes: modern simplicity, comfort and
protect and
an English touch.
Modern simplicity
The look is
almost architectural, high fashion and sharp, with
a nod to the silhouettes of the 1980s.
The shapes showcase elegant, feminine curves, with
a new accent placed on the waistline. There is a
new interplay with volumes and
lengths.
This theme is expressed in elegant dresses, slim
suits, tulip skirts, longer
straight blazers and luxurious jackets, among many more.
Comfort and protect
The shapes used in this theme are taken from protective
items of clothing, such as parkas, with important
accents such as flaps and a characteristic cocoon
effect. Upscale leisure wear, too, belongs here.
The fabrics and colours are predominantly uniform.
Fabric effects and knitted motifs lend a playful
air.
There are also long sweaters and vests, woollen jersey
and knitted dresses, sporty jackets and narrow trousers,
straight skirts and comfortable jackets and down
coats.
English touch
This theme was inspired by typical English fashion,
with a dash of stylish imagination and creativity,
too. Items and designs were adopted outright, as
well as transformed into something new by using different
proportions and combinations.
There is an emphasis on English and Scottish plaids,
tweeds, wool blankets, fanciful woollens, coloured
strips for knitted items and figurative prints with leaf
designs and abstract floral prints.
