Delivery & Returns

We deliver to the Channel Islands; Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark only.

 

Jersey Customers

Voisins are pleased to offer our Jersey customers a next day delivery service.

 

1. Standard Parcel Delivery (Jersey)

Items ordered before 12 noon will be delivered the next day (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered in 2 days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that items ordered after 12 noon Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will be despatched on the following Monday and delivered by 5pm Tuesday.

There is a flat rate of £4.99 for all postal deliveries. If the value of your order is over £50, delivery is free of charge.

 

2.  Click & Collect

Items ordered before 1pm will be available for collection from 5pm the same day.

Items ordered after 1pm will be available for collection from 12 noon the following day.

Please note, orders are not fulfilled at weekends so items ordered on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be available from 12 noon the following Monday.

Click and Collect Lockers

 

After ordering, we will send a you follow-up email advising you of the correct collection point for your item(s).

 

In most cases, Click & Collect items will be placed in the dedicated Click & Collect lockers, which are situated outside Café 1837, upstairs in Voisins (see floor plan).

The easiest routes to the Click & Collect lockers are up the stairs behind White Stuff and through Café 1837 (then turn sharp left when you exit the Café) or by lift. The closest lift is behind the beauty department (door between Clinique and Sisley counters). When you come out of the lift on the first floor, turn right to leave the Café and then sharp left.

 

HOW TO USE THE CLICK & COLLECT LOCKERS

Your follow-up email will include; the locker number your items are in, and a 4 digit pin code. Simply input this code into the relevant locker keypad and turn the handle either way to open. Please see the inset photograph illustrating this.

In some cases you will collect your items from a department, please keep an eye out for your follow-up email.

Please ensure that you bring record of your order and follow-up collection e-mail with you when you come in to collect your item(s).

Any larger items, which don’t fit in one of the lockers, will be available from the relevant department for you – eg suitcases will be in the luggage department. Your order follow-up email from Voisins will advise you of the correct collection point for your item(s).

If you have ordered items from more than one department, we will collate them all so that you only have to go to one place. Again, your follow-up email from Voisins will advise you of the correct collection point for your items.

If your items are not collected within 24 hours, we will send you a reminder.

If your items are not collected within 48 hours, your items will be removed from the lockers to free them up for other customer orders and you will be notified of the new collection point. We will continue to contact you until you collect your order.

Guernsey, Alderney and Sark Customers

GST will not be charged on your order. Enjoy tax free shopping.

 

1. Standard Parcel Delivery

Items ordered before noon will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday).

Items ordered after noon will be dispatched the next day (Monday to Friday).

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. In most cases, items will be delivered 2 days after dispatch. Please note that this is not guaranteed.

If you are in Alderney or Sark, please allow an additional day for delivery.

There is a flat rate of £4.99 for all postal deliveries. If the value of your order is over £50, there is no delivery charge. 

 

2.  Click & Collect

Currently Click & Collect is only available as a service in the King Street department store in Jersey. If you are planning to visit Jersey and would like to collect your items, please let us know and we will ensure that they are ready for you to collect from an agreed location within Voisins on the specified day. (See above for Click & Collect information.)

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

All Customers

If you are unhappy in any way with your product, then you may use the spare address label enclosed with your order and return the product to us by post. Please note that we will only refund your postage costs if the item you are returning is faulty. Alternatively, you can bring the product into Voisins and take it to the Homewares department.

Returns must be unused and returned in their original packaging. All items must be unopened and any clothing tags must remain attached.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange underwear, hosiery, swimwear, bedding, earrings or other intimate items. Beauty & cosmetics products must be sealed and un-used.

To qualify for a refund, you must return your items within 14 days of delivery (7 days for sale items). Once we have received any returned items, we will refund the cost of your item(s) using the original payment method. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

 

Exchange Process

Please state on your returns form if you would like an exchange for your items.

 

Faulty Goods

Please follow the same process as the Returns policy.

We will only accept faulty items if the goods are delivered to you damaged. You may return your faulty items within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received any returned faulty items, they will be inspected and a refund will be given using the original payment method.
