How can I contact Voisins?

What is Voisins refund policy?
We want you to be able to buy with confidence. That’s why we’re happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any purchase you’re not 100% happy with provided you return it within 28 days along with proof of purchase and in saleable condition. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, this policy does not extend to underwear, hosiery, swimwear, earrings or other intimate items.
Some departments within the store operate under a variation of this policy, so please check within the department before you make your purchase.
In all cases, if the purchase was made on a store/credit/debit card, the cardholder will need to be present for the refund to be completed.
What departments/brands/concession will I find in store?
All of our brands and concessions are listed on our website under the various department categories. Account Card holders and those on the mailing list will be notified when changes are made within the store.
Can you add me to your mailing list?
You can register online to receive email updates about our must have products, promotions and events within our stores by clicking on the Mailing List link on the menu bar.
If you are a Voisins Account Card Holder, you will also receive monthly communication from us, as well as offers exclusive to Account Card customers.
I have a complaint, who shall I speak to?
We want to know if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your Voisins experience.
Initially we recommend that you speak directly to the department concerned and they will be happy to help.
If for any reason you remain dissatisfied our Customer Relations team are available to assist you. Our dedicated team are contactable on 01534 837100 between the hours of 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
What disabled facilities are available in your stores?
Voisins is committed to providing an exciting shopping experience to all of our customers. Our store has lift access to every floor – however if you are in need of any further assistance then please call us on 01534 837100 and we will be happy to help.
An item I purchased from Voisins has been stolen/damaged and I need to claim from my insurance, how can you help?
If you email voisins@voisins.com with your address and details of the item in question, including a full description and what you paid for it, we’ll then send you a written Insurance Quotation via post to use in your claim. Please allow up to 10 days to process your request. Write to:

How do I contact the buying office?

How do I apply for a job with Voisins?

Do you offer a Wedding List service?
At Voisins we offer a wide range of inspiring and contemporary products, providing you and your guests with unique wedding gift ideas.
Our wedding consultant will ensure that your wedding list is run smoothly and efficiently, allowing you to choose the gifts you really want.
We recommend you book your gift list at the earliest opportunity, preferably no less than three months before your wedding day. Once you have registered and selected your gifts all selected stock lines will be placed aside to guarantee availability.
Call in, telephone 01534 837100 or email weddings@voisins.com to make an appointment with our wedding consultant who will explain how the service works and advise you on the best way to compile your list.
Guests may select their chosen gift in person, by telephone, fax or email. We offer a gift-wrapping service and a card with a personal message to you. We will also advise you by post every time a gift is purchased.
We can deliver as purchases are made or hold the gifts until three weeks after your wedding date.
Plus receive a 10% discount card for your unlimited use in Voisins Department Store, valid for one year from your wedding date.

How I open a Voisins Account?
Opening a Voisins Account is simple – just call in to our Department store and fill out a quick application form. You will need to produce two of the following forms of identification:
Full UK driving licence
Passport
Major credit/debit card
When is your next sale?
We generally have two sales per year – one in Summer and one in Winter. As an Account Card holder however, there are several exclusive launch evenings and fashion shows that occur throughout the year where holders can have a chance of viewing and buying the latest trends before they are open to the public. Usually those with Account Cards will be notified 2 weeks or so before the event, which typically take place after opening times to ensure exclusivity to our Account Card holders. Is there anywhere to eat/drink in your stores?
Eating and drinking is part of the Voisins experience, and customers will find the best place to unwind in our Restaurant Café, ‘Café Des Artistes’, located on the 1st Floor by the Lingerie Department.
Where can I use Voisins Gift Vouchers?
You can use Voisins Gift Vouchers anywhere within the store – and to buy anything that we sell. However, you cannot use them to pay your Voisins Account Card bill. We’ll also give change for up to 50% of the voucher value when redeemed for goods within the store.
Do Voisins Gift Vouchers have an expiry date?
Our vouchers don’t run out – unless stated on the voucher itself. But don’t hold on to them for too long. Vouchers will not be accepted if they have been mutilated, damaged, altered or defaced. Unfortunately Voisins are unable to refund or replace any lost or stolen vouchers.

How do I approach Voisins regarding a charitable donation or sponsorship?
If you wish to make a request, please put it in writing to the address below and allow up to 3 weeks for a reply – we do our upmost to reply to every request we receive.
